Burn it All Down

I have found that in the unfolding of my patterns, there are ages of anger.

well, fire.

energy wanting to be moved.

anger is the cover for it.

anger is the mask

the label.

there is something there.

I am afraid of it.

It is heavy.

It is powerful.

It is.

without approval

or applause.

without labels.

It is an energy of being.

What I teach,

What I am called to,

what I've always wanted.

has always been beneath.

has always been within the hot coals that fuel my machine.

and this whole time,

I thought it was just

too hot to touch.
